Representatives Binienda of Worcester, Fresolo of Worcester, Spellane of Worcester, O’Day of Worcester, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Alicea of Charlton, and Callahan of Bellingham, move to amend H 4700, in Section 2, in item 0321-1600 by adding the following:

“Provided further, that no less than $3,670,424 shall be expended for the Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts (LACCM) in order to continue to provide free civil legal assistance to low-income and elderly residents of Worcester County;” and in said item by striking out the figure $11,000,000 and inserting in place thereof the figure $14,670,424.
