Representatives Binienda of Worcester, O’Day of Worcester, Fresolo of Worcester, Spellane of Worcester, Alicea of Charlton, Rush of  West Roxbury and DiNatale of Fitchburg, move to amend H 4700, in Section 2, in item 8910-0105 by adding the following:

“Provided further, that no less than $1,703,168 shall be expended for the Sheriff of Worcester County in order to insure safe staffing levels; 2 new officer classes; and inmate care (medical, food & clothing);” and in said item by striking out the figure $45,738,415 and inserting in place thereof the figure $47,441,583.
