Mr. Lantigua of Lawrence and Mr. Torrisi of North Andover move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to provide employment, training and job placement by the New Skills Academy in Lawrence.”
