FLEUR of BOSTON AND REINSTEIN of REVERE move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1000 by adding the following: “;provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for ROCA, Inc. for outreach and youth development for at-risk youth and young adults in Chelsea, Revere, and East Boston; provided further, that not less than $150,000 of said funds shall be expended for such programs in the Bowdoin/Geneva and the Uphams Corner/North Dorchester sections of Boston;”
