Representative Smizik of Brookline and Sanchez of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0330-0410, by adding the following:

“…provided that no less than $80,000 be expended for the Metropolitan Mediation Services program operated by the Brookline Community Mental Health Center”.
