Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Turner of Dennis, Turkington of Falmouth and Patrick of Falmouth move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by inserting at the end thereof  the following; “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a one to one matching grant to the Cape Cod Bay sanctuary program”;
