Mr. Curran of Springfield, Mr. Welch of West Springfield and Mr. Puppolo of Wilbraham moves to amend the bill in section 61, subsection (d), by inserting the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Caring Health Center in Springfield”.
