Representatives Smola of Palmer and Alicea of Charlton move that the bill be amended in section 2, item 2800-0101, line 7, by inserting after the words “General Laws” the following “provided further, that $48,000 shall be expended for the flood control activities undertaken by the Thames River Valley communities of Massachusetts in conjunction with the state of Connecticut;” and further, at the end striking out the figure “$1,472,815” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$1,520,815”;
