Representatives Wolf of Cambridge, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Garballey of Arlington, Koczera of New Bedford, Linsky of Natick, Rush of Boston, Brownsberger of Belmont, Grant of Beverly, O’Day of West Boylston, Clark of Melrose, Falzone of Saugus, Sciortino of Medford, D’Amico of Seekonk, Coakley-Rivera of Springfield, Nyman of Hanover, Hynes of Marshfield, Canavan of Brockton, Walz of Boston and Calter of Kingston move to amend the bill by inserting the following section:-

Section XX.  Section 321, Definitions, of chapter 94 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “mineral water” in paragraph 2 the following:-

“flavored and unflavored water, spring water, vitamin water, and other water beverages, tea, sports drinks, isotonic drinks,”.

Estimated revenue for two-thirds of FY09: $10,000,000.
