Representatives Kulik of Worthington, Donelan of Orange and Guyer of Dalton move that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 4000-0112 by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $88,000 shall be expended to the Franklin Community Action Corporation for youth services and transportation equipment.”
