MR. VERGA of GLOUCESTER moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by inserting at the end thereof the following: 

“provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for historic restoration repairs of the Essex Town Hall in the town of Essex.”
