MR. VERGA of GLOUCESTER moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by inserting after “commonwealth” the following:

“provided further, that no less than $200,000 shall be expended for the historic restoration of the Main Pier at the Gloucester Maritime Heritage Center in the port of Gloucester”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$12,552,414”
