MR. VERGA of GLOUCESTER moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7052-0006, by inserting in place thereof the following:

“provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for conducting feasibility studies to renovate and modernize the public schools in the city of Gloucester;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$19,076” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$269,076.”
