MR. VERGA of GLOUCESTER moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 1410-0010 by adding the following:

“Provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be provided for reimbursing reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out the responsibilities of the Special Commission Relative to the Hidden Wounds of War on Massachusetts Service Members established by chapter 1 of the resolves of 2008.”
