MR. VERGA of GLOUCESTER moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 6010-0001, in line 37, by inserting after “repairs” the following:

“provided further, that $50,000 shall be expended for sidewalk improvements along Story Street in the town of Essex to provide safe access to the Story Street Elementary School.”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$15,939,438” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$15,989,438”.
