Mr. Casey of Winchester and Mr. Natale of Woburn move to amend the bill in item 6010-0001 by adding the following:

“provided that an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of sound barriers along the northbound lane of Interstate 93 from the Marble Street overpass extending south to the Fallon Road overpass and adjacent on-ramp in the town of Stoneham; and provided further that an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of sound barriers along the Interstate 93/Route 128 interchange adjacent to Constitution Road in the town of Stoneham;” and in said item by striking the figure “15,939,438” and inserting in place thereof the figure “17,939,438.”
