MR. CASEY of WINCHESTER moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0101, by adding the following: “provided further that no less than $25,000 be expended for aquatic weed control for Upper Mystic Lake in Winchester; and provided further that no less than $15,000 be expended for aquatic weed control for Winter Pond in Winchester;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,472,815” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,512,815”.
