Mr. Casey of Winchester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6010-0001, by inserting after the word “areas;” the following: “provided that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the repair and rehabilitation of the bridge across the Aberjona River on Mount Vernon Street in the town of Winchester”, and in said item by striking out the figures “$15,939,438” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$16,939,438”.
