Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield, Mr. Kane of Holyoke, Mr. Welch of West Springfield, Mr. Swan of Springfield, and Mr. Puppolo of Springfield move to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7007-0900, by inserting after the word “Commonwealth” the following:-“provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield”.
