Representatives McCarthy of East Bridgewater, Creedon of Brockton, Walsh of Dorchester, Driscoll of Braintree, Calter of Kingston, Murphy of Burlington, Hynes of Marshfield, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Lantigua of Lawrence, Canavan of Brockton, Tobin of Quincy, Conroy of Wayland, Linsky of Natick, Galvin of Canton, Spiliotis of Peabody, Miceli of Wilmington, Kafka of Stoughton, Grant of Beverly, Walsh of Lynn and Sullivan of Fall River move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 4, by inserting after “any personnel-related costs” the following: “provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the operation of Learn to Cope, a support group providing parents of children addicted to opiates with substance abuse recovery resources and emotional support”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$79,550,008” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$79,650,008”.
