Mr. McCarthy of East Bridgewater moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 6, by inserting after “established by the secretary” the following: “provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for improvements to the Abington Senior Center”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,887,068” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,987,068”.
