Mr. McCarthy of East Bridgewater moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8800-0001, in line 3, by inserting after “proper federal authorities” the following: “provided, that not less than $65,000 shall be expended for the installation of an emergency power system in Abington Town Hall”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,501,826” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,566,826”.
