Mr. McCarthy of East Bridgewater moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 11, by inserting after “from fiscal year 2008” the following: “provided, that Watson's Pond state park in Taunton and Ames Nowell state park in Abington shall remain open and appropriately staffed to allow public swimming and recreation for the season”.
