Mr. McCarthy of East Bridgewater moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0010, in line 13, by inserting after “descriptions of these grants” the following: “provided, that no less than $18,000 shall be expended to the East Bridgewater Police Department for an enhanced speed limit enforcement program”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$21,351,035” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$21,369,035”.
