Mr. McCarthy of East Bridgewater moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, in line 40, by inserting after “rehabilitation program” the following: “provided, that not less than $74,000 shall be expended for repairs to the heating system of the Gordon W. Mitchell Middle School in the Town of East Bridgewater”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,977,469” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$8,051,469”.
