Mr. O’Day of West Boylston and Mr. Fresolo of Worcester move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2820-0100, by adding the following: “provided that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to repair the West Boylston Street bridge on Route 12 in Worcester to make safe over and under the bridge for every day travel to and from the city”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$28,271,221” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$29,271,221”.
