Mr. O’Day of West Boylston, Ms. Callahan of Sutton, and Mr. Walsh of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2260-8870, by inserting after “For the operations of the board of registration of hazardous waste site cleanup professionals” the following: “provided further that not less than $180,000 shall be expended for a Biofilter system for the Town of West Boylston;” and in said item by striking out the figure “$16,599,614” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$16,779,614”.
