Mr. O’Day of West Boylston and Mr. Walsh of Boston move that the bill be amended in Section 61 (d) by inserting after the words “for the purpose of making payments to hospitals and community health centers in fiscal year 2009;” following: “provided further, that the office shall provide a $1,000,000 one-time essential community provider trust fund grant to a community health center located in the Great Brook Valley neighborhood in Worcester providing health care, especially by primary care, to economically and medically underserved patients in Worcester and Central Massachusetts, that has formed an integrated health services network to provide access to primary and preventive public health services.”
