Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100 by adding the following at the end thereof: “Provided further, that no less than $200,000 shall be expended to fund wind or solar energy generation systems at the transfer station in the town of Marblehead and a designated building in the town of Swampscott.”
