Representatives Ehrlich of Marblehead, Walsh of Lynn, Fennell of Lynn, and Falzone of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2820-0100 by adding the following at the end thereof: “Provided that no less than $55,000 shall be expended for the maintenance of Red Rock Park on Lynn Shore Drive, in the city of Lynn.”
