Representatives Ehrlich of Marblehead, Walsh or Lynn, Fennell of Lynn, and Falzone of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900 by adding the following at the end thereof: “Provided further, that no less than $350,000 shall be expended for streetscape improvements along Humphrey Street in the town of Swampscott.”
