Ms. Reinstein of Revere moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2820-0100, in line 16, by inserting after “fiscal year 2008” the following: “provided that not less than $150,000 be expended for improvements to the Hill Park and the William G. Reinstein Complex in the City of Revere”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$28,271,221” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$28,421,221”.
