Ms. Reinstein of Revere, Mr. Lantigua of Lawrence, Ms. Erlich of Marblehead, Ms. Grant of Beverly, Mr. Speliotis of Danvers, Mr. Keenan of Salem move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6000-0200, by adding the following:

“Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary residents north of Boston shall be eligible to participate in the resident discount program offered on the Ted Williams tunnel and the Sumner/Callahan tunnel through the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority and provided further that the residents north of Boston be eligible to participate in the Tobin Bridge Resident Permit Discount Program under the Massachusetts Port Authority.”
