Ms. Reinstein of Revere and Mr. Falzone of Saugus moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6000-0200, by adding the following:

“Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary residents of the City of Revere and the Town of Saugus shall be eligible to participate in the resident discount program offered on the Ted Williams tunnel and the Sumner/Callahan tunnel through the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority and provided further that the residents of the City of Revere and the Town of Saugus be eligible to participate in the Tobin Bridge Resident Permit Discount Program under the Massachusetts Port Authority.”
