Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Kocot of Northampton, Pignatelli of Lenox, Scibak of South Hadley, Guyer of Dalton, Alicea of Charlton, Smola of Palmer, Provost of Somerville, Rice of Gardner, Sannicandro of Ashland, Walrath of  Stow, Spellane of Worcester, Speliotis of Danvers, Story of Amherst and Callahan of Sutton move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7100-0200, by adding at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further, that the sum expended for the UMass Extension in fiscal year 2007 shall be adjusted only in direct proportion to university budget adjustments to other academic programs of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst; provided further, that such funds shall be expended in accordance with a plan reviewed by the UMass Extension Board of Public Overseers; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the 4-H program”
