Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Flanagan of Leominster, Smola of Palmer, Sannicandro of Ashland, Spellane of Worcester, DiNatale of Fitchburg and Eldridge of Acton move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1000, by adding at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Molly Bish Institute at Mount Wachusett Community College”
