Representatives Gobi of Spencer and Alicea of Charlton move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further, that no less than $67,660 shall be expended for the Town of Spencer for a Drinking Water Revolving Fund”
