Mr. Fagan of Taunton, Ms. Creedon of Brockton, and Mr. Canessa of New Bedford, move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 5046-0000, in line 6, by inserting after “facilities;” the following:-

“and provided further, that not less than $120,000 shall be expended for the Taunton Community Crisis Intervention Team Jail Diversion Program”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$321,211,970” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$321,331,970”.
