Mr. Walsh of Boston, Mr. Honan of Boston, move to amend the bill in section 7007-0900 by inserting after the word “Commonwealth” the following: “; provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the head of the Charles Regatta”  and by further striking the figure “12,352,414” and inserting in place therof the figure: - “12,552,414”.
