Mr. Walsh of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 61(d) by inserting after the words “for the purpose of making payments to hospitals and community health centers in fiscal year 2009;” the following: “provided further, that the office shall provide a $350,000 one-time essential community provider trust fund grant to a community health center located in the Neponset neighborhood of the Dorchester section of the city of Boston providing health care to medically underserved patients in Dorchester, that has formed an integrated health services network to provide access to primary and preventive public health services;
