Ms. Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0810-0000, in line 9, by inserting after “costs for each category of claim” the following: “; and provided further, that not more than $250,000 shall be expended for a safe neighborhood initiative in the Grove Hall area of Boston”.
