MR. O’FLAHERTY of CHELSEA moves that the bill be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7035-0002, the following item:

“provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Centro Latino de Chelsea to provide adult basic education services in the city of Chelsea”
