Mr. O’Flaherty of Chelsea moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9626, by adding the following: “provided that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Chelsea Choice Thru Education Inc. for its Upward Bound summer educational program for at-risk youth”
