MR. O’FLAHERTY of CHELSEA moves that the bill be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 4120-3000, the following item:

“provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Charlestown Navy Yard project for disabled adults in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston”
