Mr. O’Flaherty of Chelsea, Mr. Walsh of Boston, Mr. Wallace of Boston, Mr. Rush of Boston, Mr. Basile of Boston, Ms. Walz of Boston, Ms. Malia of Boston and Ms. Reinstein of Revere move that the bill be amended, in Section 2, in item 0340‑0100 by adding “and provided that not more than $100,000 shall be expended for additional support of the Gun Prosecution Task Force, otherwise known as the Gun Court;  and provided that not more than $150,000 shall be expended for support of a second Grand Jury for Suffolk County to investigate unsolved homicides, otherwise known as the Special Grand Jury; and provided that not more than $230,000 shall be expended for the cost of rent increases and property tax pass through increases at One Bulfinch Place.”
