Mr. Vallee of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900, in line 16, by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following: - “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for technology upgrades for the fire department in the Town of Franklin;” and in said item by striking out the figure “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$12,452,414”.
