Mr. Vallee of Franklin and Mr. Loscocco of Holliston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following: - “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Medway Senior Center;” and in said item by striking out the figure “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$12,452,414”.
