Mr. Vallee of Franklin, Ms. Kaprielian of Watertown, Ms. Fox of Boston, Ms. St. Fleur of Boston, and Ms. Wolf of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0702 by inserting after the word “development” the following: - “provided further, that not less than $600,000 shall be expended to provide employment, training and job placement by Year Up, Inc. of Boston;” and in said item by striking out the figure “$2,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$2,600,000”.
