Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Koczera of New Bedford, Quinn of Dartmouth, Canessa of New Bedford, and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7061-9404, in line 57, by inserting after the word, “software”, the following:

;“ and provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for a drop out prevention pilot program for cities and towns with four year drop out rates greater than twenty percent;”
