Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Verga of Gloucester, Canessa of New Bedford, Quinn of Dartmouth, and Straus of Mattapoisett move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2330-0100, in line 10, by inserting after “adjustments” the following:

; “and provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the operations of the Massachusetts Fisheries Recovery Commission”; and in said item by striking out the figure, “$4,873,722” and inserting in place thereof the following figure, “$5,073,722”
